DATA & PRIVACY

How we handle your information

This notice explains what this website collects, why we collect it and the choices you have. It covers the business enquiry channel and the data practices of the DIGITALMINT website.

01 / WHO WE ARE

DIGITALMINT (HONG KONG) LIMITED operates this website.

This website is operated by DIGITALMINT (HONG KONG) LIMITED, Room 612, 6/F, 8 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. It presents cross-border payment technology and business solutions. For any question about this notice, write to c.shuai@digitalmint.com.hk.

02 / WHAT WE COLLECT

Only what you send us.

This website has no accounts and no login. If you submit the business enquiry form, we receive the name, company, business email address, enquiry type and message you enter. We never ask for financial account credentials, card numbers or identity documents, and this website does not collect them.

03 / COOKIES & TRACKING

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

The site is served as static files. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels, social plug-ins or third-party trackers, and it does not build a browsing profile of you. Ordinary server request logs may record technical data such as IP address and user agent for security and reliability purposes.

04 / WHY WE USE IT

To answer your enquiry.

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether our services are relevant to your business. Where you submit the form, you consent to that use; we also have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us. We do not use it for any other purpose.

05 / WHAT WE DO NOT DO

We do not sell your information.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not pass it to third parties so that they can market their own products to you.

06 / SHARING

Shared only as needed to respond.

Enquiries may be handled by DIGITALMINT group entities and by contracted service providers that support our enquiry handling. Where a service is ultimately delivered by a partner institution, that provider may handle your information under its own privacy notice, which will be identified at the relevant point.

07 / INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Our teams work across four jurisdictions.

DIGITALMINT operates through entities in Hong Kong, Mainland China, the United States and Canada. An enquiry may therefore be accessed by staff in these jurisdictions. Access is restricted to personnel who need it, and we require comparable protection wherever information is handled.

08 / RETENTION

Kept only as long as it is needed.

We retain enquiry information only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and to meet legal, regulatory or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. This web server does not operate an enquiry database.

09 / SECURITY

Protected in transit and by access control.

Traffic to this website is served over TLS. Access to enquiry information is limited to personnel who need it in order to respond. Please do not send confidential financial data, account credentials or identity scans through the enquiry form.

10 / YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us about your information.

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your information, ask us to restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to c.shuai@digitalmint.com.hk and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in Hong Kong, you may also raise a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.

11 / CHANGES

This notice is dated when it changes.

We will update this notice when our practices change and will show the revision date. Any material change affecting how enquiry information is used will appear on this page before it takes effect. Revision date: 2026-10-11.
